PRESIDENT

Judy Neiman

Judy Neiman is president of the Healthcare Strategy Institute (HSI), an organization that specializes in the design and management of leading-edge educational programming and products for healthcare executives and their organizations. HSI continually monitors today’s critical issues and examines the strategies vital to the success of healthcare organizations.

Judy also serves as President of the Forum for Healthcare Strategists, an organization of senior healthcare strategists who have joined together to collectively and critically examine strategies for the delivery and financing of healthcare. Since 1994, HSI and the Forum for Healthcare Strategists have helped advance the professional skills of more than 10,000 executives from hospitals, health systems, health plans, insurance companies, physician organizations, alliances, and other organizations worldwide.

Previously, Judy served as the executive director of the Society for Healthcare Planning and Marketing of the American Hospital Association (AHA), the director of AHA’s Division of Strategic Planning and Marketing, and the program director of the nationally-recognized Foster G. McGaw Prize Program for excellence in hospital community service. Ms. Neiman is an acknowledged leader in the area of healthcare strategic planning and marketing.

Judy has a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University (Peoria, IL); a master’s degree from the University of Illinois, School of Public Health; and a certificate from the Advanced Management Program at Yale School of Management.

DIRECTOR OF CONFERENCE SERVICES

Jennifer Barnard

Jen Barnard is director of conference services for the Healthcare Strategy Institute and the Forum for Healthcare Strategists. She works closely with conference attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors to ensure the success of all Forum educational programs.

Jen was previously with SRK, a healthcare advertising agency in Chicago. She studied Communications at the University of Iowa, and received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications from Columbia College, Chicago.

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Daniel Neiman

Daniel Neiman serves as Director of Business Development for the Healthcare Strategy Institute and the Forum for Healthcare Strategists. He is responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the areas of conference development and association management. He also secures sponsorships for HSI and Forum conferences, manages relationships with current and potential sponsors, and assists with conference development and implementation.

Daniel also assists in the coordination of the Healthcare Executives Network and the Healthcare Executives Leadership Network.

Daniel received his bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his MBA from the University of Illinois. He serves on the Advisory Board for Lambs Farm and as a mentor for the Spark Program.

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AND PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Debbie Reczynski

Debbie Reczynski edits all publications and written communications for the Healthcare Strategy Institute and the Forum for Healthcare Strategists. Debbie also assists with agenda development for Forum conferences, in addition to planning, organizing, and producing Forum Webinars.

Debbie has more than 25 years of experience as a strategist, research analyst, editor, and writer in the healthcare field. She served as manager of environmental assessment services for the American Hospital Association’s Division of Strategic Planning and Marketing and was also responsible for the development and analysis of research studies for the Society for Healthcare Planning and Marketing.

Debbie has a Master of Management degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (Evanston, IL), a Master of Science degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a bachelor’s degree from Lewis University (Romeoville, IL).

Membership and Faculty Liaison

Krista Attreau

Krista Attreau is the primary liaison between the Forum for Healthcare Strategists and its members, and is responsible for member communication, recruitment, and retention. She also works closely with faculty for the Healthcare Marketing & Physician Strategies Summit and other Forum educational programs. Krista was previously with Quality Healthcare Intermediary, LLC, which holds three methodology patents in the area of optimizing healthcare services consumption.

Krista has more than 30 years’ experience in the legal field as a paralegal, office manager, and executive assistant. Krista graduated from Fox College, Executive Assistant Program.
