Alina Joseph currently serves as the Physician Outreach Director at Kettering Health Network in Dayton, OH. In her role, she provides operational and strategic leadership for a team of 4 liaisons, working to strengthen physician relationships, increase revenue and market share, and expand the KHN footprint in Ohio.

Alina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Having worked as both a market researcher for Whirlpool Corporation and advertising account executive for Mack Trucks, Alina excels at analyzing data and leveraging it to develop and grow business. Her entrance into the healthcare arena came when she joined Kettering Health Network in March of 2014 as a Financial Analyst, quickly moving to a management position in September of 2014 and into her current role in November of 2017.
