Alpa is the VP for Patient Experience at Stanford Health Care. She is responsible for developing patient/family centered programs, services and patient experience analytics. Alpa leads design thinking and innovation efforts to advance leading edge and coordinated care. Prior to Stanford, Alpa was a healthcare consultant with Deloitte focused in strategy and operations. Alpa has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina.
