Carlos Saenz serves as Vice President of Business Development for the Mercy Ministry.   In his role, he oversees a business development team that nurtures stakeholder relationships with Providers (both integrated and non-integrated), EMS, non-Mercy hospitals, Employers and Post-acute providers to drive and retain growth for Mercy. The business development team has grown primarily from a physician liaison group a world class sales organization with a strong business intelligence team, refined growth attribution models, targeted strategies that mesh with operational and marketing plans.
