Dan co-founded DBA with his wife, Krista Cobb, in 1992. They built the agency on non-traditional, purpose-driven marketing that earns emotional connections beyond the transaction. Dan’s hallmark is disruptive innovation in health care marketing. He developed and syndicated Minds of Medicine®, an Emmy® Award-winning TV docu-drama series for hospitals. Today, he is passionately focused on driving industry change toward new CRM technologies, telemedicine and the future of patient-centered chronic disease management. In 2017, Dan wrote and published Surfing the Black Wave: Brand Leadership in a Digital Age. He graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising.
