Jerry Grady is Vice President of The Ward Group- a retained executive search firm where for over 25 years he has led engagements across a broad array of industries, with a particularly deep portfolio in healthcare. Prior to helping start The Ward Group in 1993, Jerry was Director of the Marketing practice at Roth Young/Boston, held a variety of account management positions in advertising agencies in New York and Boston and began his career in research at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. He graduated from the University of Vermont with a BA in Economics.
