Jesse Kalfel, Senior Creative Director at SAP, has worked as a marketing communications professional for over 25 years. He is a winner of two Hatch awards, a grant recipient from the Massachusetts Cultural Council, author of journal articles, and an accomplished author.
In his role at SAP, he supports global marketing communications initiatives, including content development, branding guidelines, strategic personalization based on analytics, mapping the customer decision journey with delivering the right content, at the right time, using the right channels.
Kalfel focuses on how we have developed “digital brains” which has changed how we consume content and why “snackable content” is necessary. Kalfel says effective content must meet the rewired preferences of the digital brain.
