Maureen Richmond is vice president, External and M&A Communications, for Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH), one of the five largest Catholic health care systems in the US. She is responsible for reputation management, thought leadership, crisis response and public relations for 50 hospitals and more than 1200 sites of care in seven states and two countries. Maureen previously served as VP, Integrated Communications, overseeing internal and external communications during the height of the pandemic. The Purdue University graduate joined BSMH in 2014, bringing more than 20 years of communications experience from top organizations including Honda, FirstGroup America and Cedar Fair. She is accredited by the Public Relations Society of America.
