Dr. Megan Cardoso is the Medical Director for Population Health for the Wellforce Clinically Integrated Network, and a practicing pediatrician at a private practice. She provides leadership and strategic guidance for system innovations and clinical transformations that improve population health and decrease physician burnout across. Dr. Cardoso joined Wellforce in 2020 from Tufts Medical Center where she held medical director roles at both the large academic medical center and a large community hospital and has presented her work at several national conferences. She completed her internship, residency and fellowship training at Tufts Medical Center after finishing her medical degree at the George Washington University School of Medicine.
