Penny Nichols is Director of Physician Outreach for Adventist Health System West. She was invited to create a much needed Physician Outreach program and began working with Adventist Health in July of 2018. During her previous 12 years with Sutter Health, she successfully created and developed the Physician Outreach Program, Centralized Referral Center and Acute Transfer Center. She has over 25 years developing sales teams and implementing efficient processes in various industries. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Atlantic Union College in Massachusetts.
