Sandy Hess is Director, Clinician Partnership at the system office of Trinity Health, providing strategic guidance for outreach teams across 15 markets in addition to managing other physician engagement and wellness initiatives since 2014. Previously, Sandy was the Director of Physician Relations for Saint Joseph Mercy Health System in Ann Arbor, MI for nearly 20 years after serving as Physician Liaison. She holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Michigan and a BA in Psychology and Social Work from Luther College, Decorah, IA.
