Tatyana leads the development and execution of the Rush University System for Health strategic plan, the growth of Rush Health, the second largest clinically integrated network in Illinois, and the development of the consumer-focused national digital engagement platform.
As a member of the health system senior management team, she oversees all major capital projects, business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, marketing, communications, and public relations.
Popkova is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University, with a Bachelor of Science in business and management, and the University of Maryland, with a Master of Science in Management.
