Todd Suntrapak was chosen to lead Valley Children’s Healthcare as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2012 after serving as EVP and COO since 2004. Todd holds a master’s degree in healthcare management and is heavily engaged in continuing education programs. This belief in the importance of the perpetual exchange of knowledge has led Todd to accept an invitation to join the board of The California Health Leadership College and serve as guest faculty. His passions within the realm of providing care, especially his work at Valley Children’s, focus heavily on the role of patient safety and quality performance. He has served 3 terms as Chairman of the California Children’s Hospital Association Board and most recently was named by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of 2017’s “ non profit CEO’s to know.”
