Vanessa Hill is Vice President of Brand Strategy and Consumer Engagement for Beth Israel Lahey Health, where she leads brand positioning and expression as well as consumer outreach such as advertising and social media. Her team includes content strategists and creative production experts who shape and share compelling messages about the system, its hospitals and clinical service lines. Previously, Vanessa held senior roles in corporate and brand communications and editorial services. She began her career as a newspaper journalist and health sciences writer. Vanessa holds a Master’s in journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a BA from Providence College.
