Cindy Graham leads the Digital Strategy team at St. Luke’s, the largest health system in Idaho with eight hospitals, 300+ outpatient care locations, and more than 1,300+ employed physicians. She launched and now leads a comprehensive online reputation experience management program. Cindy’s team is responsible for delivering online engagement that demonstrates St. Luke’s values and commitments to their patients and the community. Prior to her time at St. Luke’s, Cindy held both agency and client-side marketing positions for everything from financial services and software to (the far more delicious) coffee and ice cream.
