Pamela Abner has over fifteen years of experience working with industry leaders to establish foundational programs to instill diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). She joined Mount Sinai in 2013 and now serves as the Vice President and Chief Diversity Operations Officer for Mount Sinai Hospital Groups where she collaborates with system leaders to conduct integrative work and set the programmatic agenda for DEI across all business lines.
Pamela holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Health and Society from Brown University. She is an adjunct professor at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health also heads her own DEI consulting practice.
