I'm having trouble connecting to your live Webinar!
When you received confirmation of your registration, you should have also received an email from GoToWebinar with your login instructions (your unique URL and dial-in code). If you are unable to locate that email or if you are unable to connect using the link provided, please contact Jennifer Pense or call 312-440-9080, X23.
How do Forum Webinars work?
Our online Webinars include a PowerPoint presentation that you view in your Web browser while listening to the panelists through your computer or the telephone. The panelists control the slides.
During the live Webinar, there is an empty box on a panel at the right of the screen where you can type in questions for the panelists. A moderator will pose your questions to the speakers in the last half hour of the program.
This date doesn’t work for me. Will you offer it again?
We record all of our Webinars and a recording (including both audio and video) can be purchased so that you can replay the program at your convenience.
How can I access a copy of the materials?
For most Webinars, the PowerPoint presentation will be emailed to all registrants following the live program. A recording of the program will be available for purchase.
Will I be able to access the Webinar through my firewall?
Please test the link in your confirmation email prior to the day of the program. If you do not get to a screen saying “Successfully Connected … Waiting for Organizer” you will need to contact your IT department to resolve the problem.
