I'm having trouble connecting to your live Webinar!
When you received confirmation of your registration, you should have also received an email from GoToWebinar with your login instructions (your unique URL and dial-in code). If you are unable to locate that email or if you are unable to connect using the link provided, please contact Jennifer Pense or call 312-440-9080, X23.
This date doesn’t work for me. Will you offer it again?
All Webinars will be recorded. Forum members can access the Webinar recording approximately 24-48 hours following the Webinar. Nonmembers can purchase the recording. Email email@example.com for information.
How can I access a copy of the materials?
For most Webinars, the PowerPoint presentation will be emailed to all registrants following the live program. A recording of the program will be available for viewing by Forum members; nonmembers can purchase the recording.
Will I be able to access the Webinar through my firewall?
Please test the link in your confirmation email prior to the day of the program. If you do not get to a screen saying “Successfully Connected … Waiting for Organizer” you will need to contact your IT department to resolve the problem.
