The Healthcare Marketing & Physician Strategies Summit (HMPS) will now be a Virtual Summit. What does that mean?
HMPS20 is moving to a virtual platform—an interactive, must-attend online event that will bring together compelling speakers, forward-looking content, and must-know information. The “live” days of the event will be August 18-20, but the weeks that follow will continue the interaction, including a focus on the engaging and interactive tracks and more! And the site will be accessible for 90-days (until November 17, 2020).
Through more than 40 cutting-edge sessions across six tracks, the agenda examines the latest issues, opportunities, and challenges facing healthcare marketers, communicators, digital strategists, and physician relations executives. Registered attendees will log in to the HMPS web platform to view sessions; participate in Q&A, chats, and polls with speakers; network and engage with each other; and meet with exhibitors and sponsors. And, our robust online Exhibit Hall allows exhibiting companies to demo their products, share videos and downloadable documents, and hold one-on-one and group meetings with attendees.
The time for virtual events is NOW! Even when we return to onsite conferences, virtual events will now be integrated into those events. Please take this learning journey with us as we continue the Summit’s tradition as THE place where actionable strategies and solutions are shared by senior-level marketing, communications, strategy, digital, and physician relations executives from healthcare organizations nationwide.
When will HMPS20 take place?
The “live” days will be August 18-20, 2020. But you’ll be able to log in and explore the site on August 17. And, it will be accessible for 90 days.
I was not registered to attend HMPS20 in Las Vegas. Will I be able to purchase a registration for HMPS20 Virtual?
Yes! You can register for HMPS Virtual online here.
Can I “share” my Registration with others?
Registrations should not be shared. We have priced registrations lower so that more healthcare executives can attend. Additionally, group discounts are also available for attendees from provider organizations. If you would like to register a large group, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What will the exhibitor experience look like?
We are working with a virtual conference vendor, as well as top experts in the virtual event arena, to create a unique, highly engaging exhibit hall experience that offers tangible opportunities for attendees to interact with companies. Exhibitors will be able to demo their products, share videos and downloadable documents, and hold one-on-one and group meetings with attendees. We are also creating new opportunities for sharing thought leadership content, information, and resources with attendees, before and after the event. And we are exploring gamification options, such as prize giveaways or scavenger hunts, to drive traffic to the exhibit hall. Will attendees and exhibitors have access to a mobile app or site with session presentations and other conference materials?
Yes, session handouts and other conference materials will be available via the HMPS20 App. Through the app, you’ll be able to view and download slide presentations; meet the speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors; plan your schedule; rate and evaluate sessions; connect with other attendees; and more. The app includes a web-based version so you can access it via desktop or laptop as well as any mobile device.
